Talavera carries a variety of beautiful, handmade art pieces in the form of rugs, black pottery, ceramic figures, and hand-carved wooden “alebrijes” from Oaxaca, Mexico, and textiles from Chiapas.  Occasionally artisans visit our Berkeley shop to demonstrate their craft.  Sign up on our email list to learn about these visits.
